I am on a food plan that does not include many of the foods that are usually at a hotel breakfast. Usually, for example, the eggs are powdered, which I can't have, or usually there's a coffee creamer substitute instead of half and half. At breakfast, you had real boiled eggs, the little thingys with individual servings of half and half, and 100% orange juice (I can't have the kind from the can that has added sugar in it). Often when I can't eat the breakfast at a hotel I feel deprived because breakfast is part of what I'm paying for in the cost of the room. I did not feel cheated this time! Also, that made up for the problem with the refrigerator to some extent. I also liked the fact that the people at reception were familiar with me and my reservation. I was nervous because I had a split reservation, so I had called the day before to make sure it was ok. When I arrived Janet remembered me from our previous conversation and assured me once again that the split reservation was fine and that we would have the same room both nights. She and Michael could not have been more accommodating. This was very important to me because in an an increaingly robotic world, being able to reach an actual person on the phone, and then actually having a person there who remembers you makes a great impression.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The pull out sofa bed on the other hand wasn't that comfortable but it was OK. When I went to the pool it wasn't crowded which was very nice. The breakfast was great. The 24 hour coffee was amazing! You were ever so accommodating to my handicap husband and his service animal. 95% of the staff were Amazing, pleasant, helpful, and all around exceptionally great. I even used the laundry room twice and didn't even have to wait. We traveled with our 18 year old son. We had 2 TVs 2 closets. It worked out well for the 3 of us. Everything was close to the hotel and we had an awesome time. We would love to come again. We will talk about your hotel and our trip to our family and friends. Thank you. Just wanted to add that Tyler (night shift) was exceptional as was Shay. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time.

The continental breakfast was great was just enough for my family to start the day and even pack snacks for the park. The pool was clean and quiet. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower in the rooms was awesome. we came for the weekend to come to Dutch Wonderland was a perfect location right across the street we were even able to walk and save the parking fee. Being on the main highway was very helpful to be close to all. The highway with trucks and cars is a little loud at night but we had a sound machine for our kids if your worried about noise just ask for a room Facing the back of the hotel grounds. The staff was great at the front desk and the staff for the breakfast was efficient. The groundskeeper man for maintenance was so friendly.

For the price, this was the best motel I have ever stayed it. We arrived much earlier than expected, we were greeted with a smile, and got registered instantly, even though we were two hours early. We were given a choice for a room on three different floors. The lobby was attractive and clean. There was coffee and tea if needed in the lobby. I am extremely fussy about the room I stay in, I could not find, and I looked, any negative about the room. The room was clean, decor very nice, bathroom was spotless. I could go on, I'll just say it was perfect.

Room was quite large and having a double sink in the bathroom was very convenient. Facilities were clean and I love that daily room service was provided. Our kids loved the pool, the deepest section was 4 feet which is great for parents managing toddlers, and it was a nice temperature for a 1-2 hour swim. Very family friendly. Great location. We were able to walk to the Tanger Outlets and Dutch Wonderland. Everything else (Cherry Crest Adventure Farm, Turkey Hill Experience, Hands-on-House Children's Museum, etc) was less than a 20-minute drive.
